How It Works

  • 30-minute introductory call to discuss the support you’re looking for in a coaching partnership and how the engagement will work*

  • Virtual meetings every other week, for a minimum of three months

  • Reflections, assignments, resources and, check-ins between sessions

*A coaching engagement can be initiated by individuals or sponsored by your organization.
