I am a facilitator, coach, capability builder, accountability partner, and advocate for possibility.

About Me

My work is informed by over twelve years of experience in organizational culture change; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB); identity development; and anti-racism work.

I've supported leaders in corporate environments, non-profits, law firms, and schools - as an internal practitioner and as an external consultant.

Prior to launching my career, I studied Sociology & Religion at the University of Chicago (MA) and Wellesley College (BA).

I am a white cisgender woman, mother, wife, friend.

I am an informed optimist, activist, lifelong learner, empath.

I am a joy seeker, foodie, eclectic music lover, Peloton-er.

I love people. As in, I am in awe of humanity and all that we are collectively capable of doing if we're doing it on purpose and for good.

What you can expect in our work together

  • Authenticity. What you see and experience is what you get. That means you get to show up as a whole, nuanced human, too.

  • A loving push. I will meet you where you are, but won't let you stay there. Everyone needs partners for change.

  • Care for processHow our work gets done - and how it impacts the people who ought to be benefiting - matters.

  • Commitment. I take my work personally, because it is personal. I hold myself accountable for the daily choice to keep showing up.

  • Adaptability. Culture change is iterative. I plan for the winding path and welcome feedback along the way.

  • Hope. Better can only happen if people believe in it. I'll keep you asking, "What if?"

What if you said “yes” to believing your organization could be better?
