    *I am trained in and use the Co-Active coaching model, which means that we will actively collaborate in a partnership that supports you ( a whole person), I keep your goals and needs centered, and leverage your natural resourcefulness and capabilities.

  • How It Works

    30-minute introductory call to discuss what kind of support you’re looking for in a coaching partnership and how the engagement will work**

    Virtual meetings every other week, for a minimum of three months

    Session notes, check-ins and exercises between sessions

    **A coaching engagement can be set up by individuals or sponsored by your organization.
